Assassin is a multiplayer, live-action game where players try to “assassinate” their targets and be the last survivor. This online management tool streamlines the administrative side of Assassin games by allowing users to host, generate, and run games online. Featuring optimized graph generation and target reallocation.
I am part of a team at Brown University creating an ML-driven assistive device providing object/obstacle detection and guidance for the blind. I am developing a machine learning algorithm using SSD architecture and MobileNet feature extraction for hand detection and tracking in Python.
I contributed to a decision making support framework for planetary rover exploration missions, accounting for uncertainty with POMDPs. I focused on building a new, extensible traverse synthesis use case to fully automate a rover’s path according to mission goals (represented by a reward function).
I designed and implemented a fully-automated skin lesion segmentation pipeline to improve melanoma diagnosis. The pipeline included hue and saturation color thresholding using three-fold validation, connected component analysis, and refined boundary delineation using a cellular automaton technique.
